 YEI! has been serving people with disabilities since 1974; YEI! has been continuously accredited by CARF since 1978. YEI! has been cited by several Governors, regional and statewide organizations, and advocacy groups for our unique and comprehensive program of services.

YEI! is distinguished for our partnerships with local businesses and the community. All of our facilities are 100% paid for through local fund raising. Over one-third of all our participants work at least part-time in our community. The "Volunteer Corps" ingrains our people throughout our area, furthering their goal of being appreciated as EXCEPTIONAL CONTRIBUTORS, and not as special-needs consumers!

Finally, the unique, rich and genuine relationships between YEI! staff and "employees" makes this organization district in Arizona and the Southwest.
