TLC Supported
Living Services is a private corporation whose mission is to offer a
continuum of services directed toward the support, care and empowerment
of individuals with developmental or physical disabilities.
TLC Supported Living Services is committed to improving the quality of
life for those individuals by alleviating barriers to their independence
and striving to help them reach their full potential.

Our service begins with the process of identifying the individual's
aspirations. We build from their preferences and strengths. Working
with the family, we help by identifying an environment for living,
working, education and recreation which will best achieve the
individual's goals. Our service provision is individualized to meet
the needs of each person and is continually modified in light of the
individual's changing needs and aspirations.
TLC Supported Living Services is geared toward nurturing each
individual's growth potential. We believe the individuals that we
serve should lead a meaningful and dignified life in an integrated
