Mission Statement
TCH is a private, non-profit corporation whose mission is to offer a continuum of services directed toward the support, care and empowerment of Arizona residents of all ages with developmental or physical disabilities. TCH services are directed toward improving life for those individuals by alleviating barriers to their independence and striving to help them reach full potential.
