ResCare HomeCare was founded in 1990 to provide in-home supports tailored to meet the needs of each individual focusing on the dignity and respect of people with disabilities.  ResCare HomeCares staff are experienced and dedicated professionals committed to providing quality supports for people with developmental and other disabilities.

In 1998, ResCare HomeCare became a subsidiary of ResCare, Inc., the country's leading provider of services to persons with developmental disabilities.  Established in 1974, ResCare is best defined by the origin of its name: Respect and Care.  It is this unique combination of respect for the value of  the individual served and truly caring approach to meeting human needs that sets ResCare apart.

ResCare HomeCare prides itself on providing high quality home care supports.  We work with each individual and family to develop a plan that values the person and is truly a caring approach.  Our strength is in relationship building by matching the needs of the individual with the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).  Our staff receives comprehensive classroom training including CPR and First Aid and is background checked and fingerprinted for a class 1 clearance for your safety.  DSPs are supervised by a Coordinator which is the liaison with the family and DDD to ensure service delivery on a schedule the family needs and that ISP goals are met.

Our philosophy is to get the right person, to the right place, at the right time, to do the right thing.  We do whatever it takes to get the job done.  These are the rules by which we live.
