Practical Training Solutions provides training and professional development to Direct Support Professionals and others involved in the direct support profession.  We employ facilitators and volunteers with diverse backgrounds to meet all your training needs.

Practical Training Solutions employs numerous state certified CIT and Article 9 instructors including two State of Arizona Certified CIT Lead Instructors and two State of Arizona Certified Article 9 Master Trainers.  No matter how big or small your agency and training requirements, we can meet your needs!

Training at our office:  Practical Training Solutions regularly offers all Direct Support Professional, Frontline Management and Leadership Training at our office located at 4643 E. Training at your location:  Onsite training is available on a one-time or ongoing basis.  Many agencies have chosen Practical Training Solutions for seamless onsite integration into their new hire and retraining process.
