At One Step Beyond, Inc., we believe that people with disabilities
should have the opportunity to become fully appreciated, included and
contributing members of their community. We specialize in individuals
with cognitive disabilities, for example Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy,
and Autism. Our service area is northwest Maricopa county. We offer
day, after-school and residential programs, specializing in life skills
training and recreational opportunities, including Special Olympics.
Our vocational center provides employment development, placement, and
support, as well as a culinary Training program and catering employment
opportunities. We also provide home and community-based services for
families as well as helping them access services and plan development
programs for their children.

Services
