Additional Information
The history of
our legacy agency, Bethphage Mission, spans almost 100 years. Started
on February 19, 1913, the Mission came to being as a response to the
appalling and abusive institutions that housed people with disability
and the elderly at that time. Today, Mosaic in Phoenix provides support
and advocates for 300+ people and their families valley-wide.
We
believe in acting on our mission statement by:
-
Maintaining certification through the Council on Quality Leadership
-
Ensuring new employees receive comprehensive training (over 40 hours
of Core
and Fundamental Support Training with 90 days of hire)
-
Taking a leadership role in new initiatives in the field of
disability services in Arizona
