Mission Statement
To provide Consumers with the best possible services that promote their independence, self-esteem, and abilities in the least restrictive environment, in a timely manner, and with the greatest possible attention to details that ensure they are satisfied with our services and that their needs are met.

Vision Statement
Individuals with developmental disabilities have the right to lead self-directed lives, make informed decisions, and deserve a support system designed to promote these endeavors so a high quality of life can be achieved.

Services Detail
Attendant Care

Attendant Care provides a qualified staff person to supply needed services in order for the individual to remain in the home and participate in work and community activities.

Habilitation
Habilitation provides a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of the individual. Skills such as money, reading and social interaction are the focus.

Respite
Respite provides short term care and supervision consistent with the health needs of the individual and relieves caregivers for the benefit of the individual.

Habilitation, Individually Designed Living Arrangements
HAI is an alternative to group homes and is very beneficial for individuals who possess higher functioning independent life skills and need only limited supervision.

Person Centered Plans
PCPs are an empowering, Consumer-driven alternative to your ISP and can be customized for short-term and/or long-term goals.
