Services
We are a full-service organization
that tailors services to the needs and choices of consumers, families
and guardians. We will work creatively with you to customize the
following services, as well as others not on this list:
- Developing and Supporting Your Home – Whether a
home where you sign the lease or a more traditional licensed setting,
we will help you to express your sense of ownership and personal
choice.
- In-Home Services – We can provide an
individualized array of services, including respite, attendant care,
housekeeping and habilitation, to help address your needs and
schedule.
- Employment Support - Our employees can help you
prepare for work, earn a wage in a CPES-managed business or find a
competitive job, among many possibilities.
- Day Support – If you are not working full-time
and and/or want an alternative, we can help you participate in a large
number of weekday activities including volunteer work.
- Early Intervention – We offer in-home, early
intervention and case management services to infants/toddlers and
families, as well as active assistance with securing other needed
services.
- Case Management – As a participant in the
Statewide Case Management Pilot, we can help you coordinate your
services.
- Transportation – We currently offer a variety
of transportation services in urban and rural areas in an effort to
increase community access.
- Counseling, Consultation and Assessment - Our
professional staff can assist you through direct counseling services,
conducting assessments or providing specialized consultations.
